Farnham & District Ramblers

South-west Surrey

A team of nine Ramblers worked very hard to complete our May task (set up for fifteen Ramblers) of clearing an old stile and erecting a new kissing gate at Coxbridge Farm, clearing trees branches away from the A31 for good site line for crossing and access to the controlled crossing. We also refurbished three sets of steps on Footpath 134 behind Red Lion Lane. We must thank Alan Brown of SCC who worked hard with us all day on this task. Also another team worked on lighter vegetation clearing on this path and we had a fourth team at Ash erecting 4 waymark posts. All the work set up for five teams was completed by four teams, so a very big thank you is in order.
